Russell Garton the principal of the firm covers a cross section of work including large economic farms, forestry land, coastal property, residential and subdivisional work.

High value coastal property is an area of special interest with a number of overseas clients assisted with valuations in recent years. He is also involved with commercial / rental work and covers the Far North area .

With a lifetime of valuing experience in Northland, Russell has also owned several farm properties, and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Primary Industry Management.

John Proctor - Rural Valuer
John Proctor is specialising in the valuing of farms, orchards and lifestyle blocks. John is also involved in residential work, helping us cover our large district extending to the Far North. John has been farming for a number of years and has travelled overseas.

Paul Mitchell - Residential Valuer
A qualified builder now training and working as a valuer, Paul's specialist areas are residential valuing including costing and supervising projects, progress inspections providing advice on housing and valuers as well as subdivisional work. With excellent experience having worked both internationally in London and throughout Northland, Paul is a very able member of our team.
